You can request a change by contacting us at the email [email protected]. Please be aware to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, to guarantee that your order has not been processed yet.
n case you contact us too late, there is no way for us to change the address, so please do contact your local post office once your package arrives close to your destination.

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, wether or not your order has shipped. If the order has shipped already, the buyer will be responsible to arrange the return shipping and needs to cover the return shipping costs fully. We can only accept returns with a valid tracking number.
